Compliance Notice were over the age of eighteen years at the
time of the creation of such.
Some of the
pictures, graphics, videos or other visual media displayed on
the websites linking to this Compliance Notice are exempt from
the provision of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 because they
were made before July 3, 1995, are depictions of non-sexually
explicit nudity, or are depictions of simulated sexual conduct.
With regards
to the remaining depictions of actual sexual conduct appearing
or otherwise contained in the websites linking to this
Compliance Notice, the records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C.
2257 and 18 C.F.R. are kept in the following locations by the
corresponding Custodian of Records
